The Bea lamp was designed with lightness in mind, using the material as a starting point — a translucent polypropylene patented as Polilux.
The diaphanous light is surrounded by four surfaces that allow soft, progressive diffusion through their concentric arrangement. Horizontal cutting lines – concave or convex – mark the rhythm and draw the different heights.
The gradual progression towards the ends emphasises the dynamic movement on the vertical axis, thus giving greater compositional momentum.
